“Sign” is to be filmed as a straight up fitness/motivational video that detours into the Twilight Zone.
The script is for a short film approximately 5 minutes in length, shot in a fitness center. Filming will likely take place when the gym is most likely to be empty, which means very late or very early.
- Talent will need to come in dressed in workout apparel.
- Apparel must NOT
- Appear expensive
- Appear new
- Have any brand, logo or any copy protected text, images, or likenesses.
- Have political, religious, or similar messages.
- Talent may not wear jewelry of any kind during filming.
- No headphones or electronics of any kind are to be worn.
- Cellphones must be turned off during production.
A rehearsal will be required only for those with a speaking part.
It is assumed that you do not have any acting experience. That is not a problem. Your role, unless otherwise stated, is simply being yourself. Your motivation is to work out as hard as you can and break a sweat.
